Louise Fitzgerald, a Professor in the Department of Psychology and the Gender & Women's Studies Program, is a clinical psychologist studying the sexual harassment of women in the workplace and academia. She also provides expert testimony on the impact of sexual harassment on victims and consults with various agencies of the legal system concerning how to improve treatment of plaintiffs in harassment and other victimization cases.
